ZEUS GROUP helped to upgrade marketplace for drivers and created new unique service using business analysis, design and Swift programming language.
BACKGROUND

The Client contacted ZEUS looking for a solution for his app RoadCube. The app finds the nearest gas stations, car washes, parking and other services for you.
The task was to increase usability and user experience by developing new design and functionalities, which would provide user with opportunities to select the best variant of services and goods, determine the distance to the location, create an order and pay for it.
BUSINESS CHALLENGES

As a result of ZEUS Analysis it was decided to introduce a number of upgrades and usability, productivity improvements of the app.
That included:
I. Bugs fixing for more stable operation
II. Development of system for reservation of parking places
III. Upgrading UX/UI design for more comfortable and safe App using during driving

I. Added new features to enrich application functionality
Developed system for parking places reservation - provide you with an opportunity to find parking with free parking places, order parking place and pay for it from your mobile device.
II. Created better UX/UI design for comfort and safe using on the road deceasing accident risk.
The new UX/UI design allowed to quickly and effectively use the app while driving. Enabled drivers to find all what they need easily and safely on the road.

The project team consisted of 3 team members, including Project Manager and Software Engineers. The project was completed within two weeks.
